I’ve been working like a madwoman putting the finishing touches on Casa Hacienda.

A 5,000sf custom home perched high atop the hills that is easily 3 years+ in the making.  While design is never done, peep out the progress shots from the first level guest suite, a bedroom so dreamy and romantic I wish it were my own!
Who doesn’t want to simply melt into this sumptuous tufted bed by Hooker furniture?   I’ve been eyeing this piece for years now, waiting for the perfect client who would appreciate the classic tufting and modern mirrored frame.

The Design

I installed 2 matching pendant lights above the nightstands so the surface is clear for flowers, books, and additional accessories.  Lamps often take up too much valuable space so before you determine which look is right for your bedroom, think about your nighttime ritual before sleep time.  Love the little nailhead trim on the nightstands, another fabulous find from Joss and Main. Can’t get enough of their flash sales, sometimes with deeper discounts than I’d get with my wholesale trade account!
Matching en suite bathroom
I started my design career in hospitality, designing 4/5 star hotel resorts all over the world so guestrooms are a particular favorite of mine.  From bespoke furnishings right down to the matching guest bath, it’s ALL in the details love!

  1. I'm going to marry in the next month, and this design is what exactly I'm looking for. It is a perfect combination of color. I prefer a modern, luxurious and convenient bedroom. Would you please give some pictures for the kitchen in the next post? Thanks a lot.
