Gosh, are y’all sick of Paris posts yet??
Last one I promise!
Sadly, our tour ends here with a quickie jaunt to La Défense and catching l’Arc de Triomphe down the Champs-Élysées.
This was actually the finale of our first full day in Paris where revelry rose above rest and we bravely stalked the city from 8am in the morning (Versailles) to 10pm that night. Thank the lord for Ladurée macarons mid-landing or else I wouldn’t have survived.
dinner at Le Relais de l’Entrecote
Located in a small alley off the famed Champs…known for the best steak in town…
They don’t take reservations so we had to be the first ones there…open at 7pm, there was a line around the block by 6:45pm…
Starting the meal off right…
Chef’s salad, slighty tangy, bursting with flavour…a nice entree into the only plat on the menu…
Prix fixe french fare du jour with homemade mustard, a close cousin to horseradish, the best I’ve ever tasted…they spread it on baguettes but I preferred to dip both my frites and the steak in it…8oz. medium rare…could barely finish half…but ohsomouthwateringly rich and robust…
Finishing yet another bomb ass meal before…
The waitress comes by and slaps another heaping helping on my plate!…it was like all you can eat for 25euros!…I wasn’t trying to insult the chef so before I knew it…over 10oz of beef all up in my belly…and a bottle of vino to wash it all down…
Got my Laduree, got my metro billet, time to call it a night!

Now I see for myself the all-you-can-eat fries and steak! Looks so delish! So nice to hear you and the BF had an amazing time. Glad you both were able to take time off your busy schedule to enjoy time away together! You will always have Pareeeee!!!
It was DELISH! and you know we only take a couple of bites before retiring the fork…but not in Paree baby…here they make you eat everything!! Yummmm…I'm still on the fromage binge did I tell you ;D
